What does it take to get into Real Estate?

The Pre-Registration Learning Path is the first phase of RECO’s Real Estate Education Programs offered by Humber College. Learners must complete this first phase before applying for registration with RECO.

The Post-Registration Learning Path is the second phase of RECO’s Real Estate Education Programs offered by Humber College. Once your registration has been approved, you must complete additional education courses within your first two-year registration cycle.

Learners will need to complete an application on Humbers Real Estate Program's website. Applications are open and courses have begun!
